About the event

In these weekly classes across 5 weeks you will be welcomed and made to feel comfortable as soon as you arrive at class. You will be introduced to the history and principles of Pilates so you are much cleared on what to expect. You will be taken through a a gentle Pilates flow which will allow you to stretch and strength your body. Over the 5 weeks, you will gain a much greater understanding of your body , how to move more efficiently and balance better. You will build confidence in exercising and will be able to take this out into your everyday life.
