Hi, my name is Jill Thorne and I live in Brentwood. I teach Pilates and Yoga Classes in Brentwood. I offer inclusive classes which are suitable for all.
As a fully qualified Massage Therapist I also provide massage treatments. to help the body re-heal and for general relaxation. We all need to nourish our bodies more and move more freely.

My name is Jill Thorne
I am a qualified Pilates and Yoga teacher and a Massage Therapist too. I am passionate about health, wellbeing and fitness and often we find mobility and movement becomes limited later in life and also often comes with added pain. So, why not join me for a class and experience the joy Pilates and Yoga can bring to your life.
If you just need to alleviate pain or need to relax and restore Pilates and Yoga will help. Also the added bonus of a massage ,maybe to really treat yourself.
