Hello, I’m Jill — and I truly believe it’s never too late to feel strong, supported and confident in your body.
Pilates has completely transformed the way I move and feel, and it’s now at the heart of everything I teach.
Like many of my clients, I understand what it feels like to juggle busy days, responsibilities, stress and the gradual changes that come with life after 40. Stiff backs, tight shoulders, reduced mobility, desk-related aches — they creep in quietly. And before we know it, we’re moving less and worrying more.
That’s why I specialise in gentle, effective mat Pilates designed to help you:
• Improve posture
• Strengthen your core safely
• Ease back and joint discomfort
• Improve balance and stability
• Move with more confidence in everyday life
My classes focus on breath, alignment and controlled movement — building strength from the inside out. They are welcoming, supportive and never intimidating. The class sizes allow me to offer personal guidance, clear cues and layered options so you can progress at your own pace.
