My Story
Hi, I’m Jill, I am Pilates and Yoga Instructor based in Brentwood. As an avid sports enthusiast, I have decided to turn my passion for movement into a fulfilling career, teaching what I love most. Inspired by the incredible teachers who helped me enhance my strength, flexibility, and posture through graceful movement, I’ve always been drawn to sharing these practices with others.
Having undergone both hip and shoulder replacements in my 50s, I personally understand the vital role Pilates and Yoga can play in rehabilitation and recovery. Additionally, I’ve faced my own struggles with depression, anxiety, and self-doubt over the years, and these practices have been key in helping me find balance and well-being when life feels overwhelming.
My mission is to make Pilates and Yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, weight, or fitness level. If you’ve ever felt hesitant or unsure about starting, I’m here to tell you that everyone can benefit from moving just a little more—and together, we can all stay healthy and fit well into our later years.
I aim to create a welcoming community where we can connect, move, and have fun through Pilates and Yoga.
